駐店酒大獎 是由香港葡萄酒評審協會發起的首個專為表揚香港本地酒店、餐廳、酒吧等餐飲場所提供高質素駐店酒的供應商的專業業界獎項。我們相信「在每家成功的餐廳背後，總有一位別具品味的葡萄酒供應商」。

 

第九屆香港餐飲展駐店酒大獎 (House Wine Awards) 各獎項已全部選出及於9月5日頒獎典禮中公佈. 一如以往八年, 我們香港葡萄酒評審協會與香港餐飲展攜手合作，以最公平、公正的盲評形式, 配以國際級的20分計分制, 并兼容華人口味元素, 在眾入圍葡萄酒中選出各分類及級別的冠、亞、季軍. 認證的評審團來自業界各專業領域, 包括: 品酒師、餐廳酒吧經理、葡萄酒入口商及貿易商、酒文作家、葡萄酒導師等等.

 

Thanks for your continue support for the 9th R&B House Wine Awards! All winners and awards are published right after the result announcement & award presentation ceremony on Sept 05.

House Wine Awards aims to recognise wine importers / distributors who provide and select high-quality house wine for restaurants in Hong Kong that best reflects the taste of customers. We believe that “Behind every successful restaurant, there stands a tasteful wine distributor.”

Following the last 7 successful years of House Wine Awards (since 2011), RBHK will once again team up with Hong Kong Wine Judges Association to launch the 9th House Wine Awards in 2019. Our blind tasting, 20 points scoring system is one of the most fair and neutral methodology for wine judging. As recognized by the industry, our judge panel are formed by a group of certified wine judges. They are widely represent most of the aspect of the wine industry, including: sommeliers, restaurant & bars managers, wine importers & traders, wine writers and educators...etc.
